Free cat to a good home

My daughter took in a cat from a friend without asking first, so now I am tasked with trying to find a good home for this cute cat. Male black cat, approx a year 1/2 old. He has been fixed, however, I dont know if he's had any shots, vet care, etc. We have a female cat already that I can barely afford to feed, and vet care, And these two cats do not get along well. Hissing and growling at each other, have to keep them separated. So, please help if you can. If your in the market for a free cat... look no further. He is pretty friendly, likes to be petted, and warmed up to me quickly. You also must prove in some way that the cat will go to a loving home, and not to a torture chamber.
