Rehoming 3yr old Lab Mix

Looking to rehome a 3 year old Lab mix, F/S, up to date with vaccines and healthy. We had taken in Lulu after her owner was not able to take care of her and was going to be euthanized. Fortunately my brother was able to take her in but since he is at work most of the day he is unable to take care of her the way she needs. Unfortunately I do not know much of her past but she is a very sweet and energetic dog and she has done very well with kids 5-7 years old. She has been friendly with other dogs and not reactive towards them since we've gotten her but she does not do well with smaller pets such as birds. If you are interested in her it is important to know that she needs a lot of attention and cannot be alone for a long period of time. She has not been house trained but we have tried crate training but unfortunately unsuccessful. I would like to insure she is going to a good home so there is a small rehoming fee (negotiable).
