Not only will we be creating a beautiful charcuterie box using locally sourced ingredients, but we will have three artisanal tastings!
All ingredients are hand curated from local farms and businesses that support local farmers. You will use your inner child to create a charcuterie box that explodes with your personal creativity. How fortunate to have two varieties of Gouda, a Parmesan, and a Brie from Forx Farm to taste and add to our boxes. I encourage you to bring your favorite cheese for comparison, if you wish. Learn how to make a rose from a variety of meats. We will taste eggnog made using milk from Hickory Hill Milk Farm. And finally, we will taste a variety of cheesecakes from Arie's Confectionary. Bring your appetite and a palate ready for taste sensations.
