Second Act is offering a specifically designed
program for our members. It is consistent,
encouraging, friendly, informative, held in a
safe location, at a good time of day, with good
music. All the things important to people 50
and over.
This premiere exercise program incorporates
balance techniques, core work, dance moves,
Pilates, range of motion, strength training
and Yoga. And it can be modified for all fitness
levels.
12- Week Exercise Program
Cost: $40.00 flat fee
Only $3.33 per class so attend as
many as you can
Minimum 8 participants
Maximum of 16
Dates: January 11 – March 29
Day: Tuesday
Location: Community Room 523 at the SIH

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
