What is the Point in Time Count? A Point-in-Time Count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered people who are experiencing homelessness. On January 25, 2022, The Gulf Coast Partnership will be hosting the annual Point in Time (PIT)Count for Charlotte County, Florida. If you are interested in volunteering for the 2022 PIT Count, please register by January 18, 2022.
