Experience the fascinating story of the founding of Nazareth by learning about the town founders: the Moravians. This walking tour features an overview of the early colonial Moravian lifestyle, a visit to the oldest Moravian buildings in North America, and stops at important community buildings to explore important crafts, industries, and personalities! Join us at the Whitefield House at 2 p.m. Tours last 45 minutes to an hour. Walking Tour $8.00, includes museum admission! MHS members are FREE. Please note that this tour is weather dependent. If we were to cancel the tour because of weather, we would honor your tickets for future walking tours. We will not be refunding tickets. The Moravian Historical Society (MHS) is a nonprofit museum and historic site that preserves, interprets, and celebrates the rich culture of the Moravians. MHS maintains the 1740-1743 Whitefield House and the 1740 Gray Cottage, the oldest Moravian structure in North America.
