Our team members enjoy terrific benefits that include:Excellent pay plan - $100K+ opportunitySign-on bonus for top-tier TechsA flexible, 5-day workweekFree health insurance after 90 days of employmentCompany-provided training and educationRelaxed atmosphereClean work environmentCareer advancement opportunities Responsibilities:Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose malfunction(s).Provide an estimate of the time needed for repairs.Repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standards.Test-drive vehicles before and after repairsTest components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentLearn new technical information and techniques in training sessionsAdhere to company regulations and keep abreast of recalls and updatesReport any damaged or defective equipment to managementReport safety issues to management and ensure a clean working area Qualifications:Ford Certification and experience requiredAbility to multi-task in a high-volume settingMechanical/troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentGood work ethic and problem-solving skillsThrives in a fast-paced, team environmentMotivated to learn new repair/service proceduresValid driver's license and good driving recordHigh school diploma or GEDPlease upload your resume!
