We offer on-the-job training and the opportunity to move into leadership within a quickly growing company. Duties: Successfully complete our Manufacturer Certified Training program. Perform in-home estimates, consultations, and installations for our line of skylight and home ventilation products. Provide an outstanding experience for the customer. Attend pre-scheduled in-home appointments to listen to the customer’s needs and make product recommendations. Check feasibility of install. Complete the roof-level and ceiling-level installation on tubular skylights. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic construction skills using hand tools such as skill saw, drill, measurement devices, etc. Ability to engage customers and build rapport while providing excellent customer service. Strong verbal and written communication. One-year experience either in a construction environment, home improvement or a sales role.
