NORTH HAVEN - A North Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 13, Patricia Wojciechowski, of North Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the J&H Food Mart in North Haven and won $10,000.
