We are a successful and growing restoration company located in San Leandro. We are seeking full time experienced technicians who are, HARDWORKING, and SELF- MOTIVATED in all types of remediation work; water, fire and smoke damage. Must be available and willing to work all shifts as needed; regular, overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays. Emergency service call shifts as scheduled. • Must have a valid CA driver’s license – bring a copy of your DMV report with you. • Clean back ground check and able to pass a drug screen Scope of work for this job includes: • Performing all phases of cleaning, restoration and remediation work in both residential and commercial properties. • Collection of information necessary to prepare a scope of work for water, fire, mold and content damage or losses. •Must be physically able to perform required tasks and lift a minimum of 50 lbs •Reliable and punctual •Able to work unsupervised •Bilingual English/Spanish a plus •Must speak English • Accurately document work performed. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • 1 year in the Water/Fire damage restoration field a plus not required • Current IICRC WRT certification is a plus. • Estimating with Xactimate line item background is a plus.
