HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — The Hackettstown-Mansfield PBA Local 369 is continuing its fundraising efforts in December. As part of its no-shave "Beards In Blue" campaign started in November, members of PBA Local 369 are raising money for Special Olympics of New Jersey in December.
