HELP, need someone to temporarily care for my cat! Will compensate!

I am looking for someone who can care for my cat for about a year. Maybe less. Unfortunately I am losing my apartment and moving in with family temporary due to mold problems. She can’t stay with me. She is spayed and about 3 years old. She is VERY timid and shy in new environments but she’s not aggressive. She has always used her litter box. She will not use cardboard scratchers but will use a cat post to scratch on. She came from a home with animals before me and I was told she’s not friendly with them, she would rather hide. I am willing to pay $100 a month for food and litter and you can pocket the rest as cat rent. You must sign a contract that states you will care for her until I can take her back and I will owe you $100 a month. I WILL take legal action with the contract if I find out she was abandoned or given to someone else or a shelter. I also want to see a few photos of your home and I want to know a little bit about you. I will be requesting a weekly update and pictures. If you can’t take my cat but know of other resources PLEASE share them with me. My cat is everything to me and I can’t lose her.
