We are looking for cleaners Responsibilities: Office cleaning- corporate office space Removal of trash * Restroom cleaning Kitchen and pantry maintenance Lobbies/Elevators and Common areas' Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given Requirements: Candidate must be flexible in working schedule (work weekends and/or overtime, evening shift) Professional appearance and good communication skills Prior cleaning/maintenance experience in commercial or retail space is a plus but not required * Can start immediately You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all types of weather Ability to lift 50lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to take direction and work in a team oriented environment Must have high energy and strong work ethic Must be able to commute to Miami.
