Convicted Fentanyl Dealer Wanted For Supervised Release Violation

CONCORD, NH — This week's U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force fugitive of the week is a convicted drug dealer who is wanted on a supervised release violation accusation. Shawn Jacobson is 30, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 165 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. According to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, Jacobson has no tattoos or distinguishing scars. A warrant for his arrest was issued on Dec. 7. "Jacobson is being sought on an arrest warrant for violations of his conditions of supervised release," White said. "Mr. Jacobson is on supervised release due to a 2020 federal conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl." Jacobson, White said, "has strong ties to the Nashua" area where he was last known to reside. According to superior court records, Jacobson was accused of felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited in Nashua in June 2018. He was arrested in August of that year. The charge though was nolled prossed in May 2019, just after jury selection was scheduled. If you know where Jacobson is or you see someone that looks like him, do not try to apprehend him.
