My female pet English Bulldog BERTHA was taken from my apt on 26& State St. In Erie Pa almost a year ago before Christmas. She needs special meds food and care that is critical for her life quality. I had her since tiny and.is close to five years old. She misses me I'm sure. She is like family my child. She's smaller for her breed and if bred could kill her like it almost did her mother. She's tan n white with black mask and lips. All white toenails but one black. I have a large reward for her return or whereabouts. It would be a blessing for us both
