First, today's weather: Cool with sun and clouds — a shift from the powerful storm conditions Orange County residents faced Tuesday. High: 54 Low: 46. High tide will be at 6:35 a.m. at 5.58 feet. Low tide will be at 1:40 p.m. at 0 feet. While the sweet surf may be tempting, be aware that the Orange County Health Care Agency issued a rain advisory for all beaches due to higher levels of bacteria caused by rainy conditions. Here are the top stories in Laguna Beach today: The powerful storm that swept through the Southland did not miss Laguna Beach. Emergency responders stayed busy Tuesday, tending to reports of debris slides, power outages and flooding. (Laguna Beach Independent Newspaper). This insane video posted on Facebook shows a flash flood rip through a Laguna Beach neighborhood, and one man who tried to take matters into his own hands. (Laguna Beach Patch). A rain advisory was in effect Tuesday for Laguna Beach and all Orange County ocean, harbor and bay waters, the Orange County Health Care Agency reported Tuesday. The order is expected to end Friday.
