Press release from the City of St. Louis Park: December 15, 2021 10:48 a.m. On Dec. 13, the St. Louis Park City Council recognized Rachel Harris for her four years of service as ward 3 council member. Harris, who has served as ward 3 council member since 2018, did not seek re-election to another term. At the November general election, Sue Budd was elected to the ward 3 council seat and incumbents Margaret Rog, Lynette Dumalag and Tim Brausen were elected to ward council seats 1, 2 and 4 respectively.
