Need a place to fix my car.

I am traveling from Oregon and my wheel bearings have gone out and I need someplace to where I can fix my car. I have the new parts and all the tools to do the fix. It will only take 1-2 hours tops. I just need some type of covering so I’m not getting soaked while working on my car. I am very respectful and will clean up any mess that I make. I can also offer some cash if necessary. I’m staying at a hotel here in Fortuna and I do not know anybody around here so a nice dry spot to get this done would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get back on the road. I know somebody out here has got a spot for me to do this. Thanks!
