POSITION SUMMARY Interior Remodel Laborers Looking for skilled trades including interior demolition, interior painting, baseboards, cabinet install, minor plumbing, minor electrical, LVT flooring and some tile work for apartment flips. All material will be onsite and ready for install. Just need quality / dependable labor to demo and install at a fast, efficient pace. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types. Essential Functions Statement(s) • Learn and follow safety regulations. • Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects. • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. • Paint interior walls. • Minor plumbing to in include removal of existing tub and faucets and replace with new. • Minor electrical to include removal of old fixtures / ceiling fans and replace with new. • LVT flooring installation. • Baseboard installation. • Cabinet install. • Tile work.
