Apartment Maintenance Technician of a 55+ senior community Position Available. Must be able to live on-site in a one-bedroom unit. Rent is included in the compensation package. Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Approximately 105+ Units. Maintenance Technician needed for a 100 unit senior property. Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to work cohesively with a team and be available on-call for after-hours emergencies. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred.
