This Business Set To Get Naming Rights at South's Stadium

DARIEN, IL — The Hinsdale High School District 86 board is set to vote Thursday on giving businesses naming rights sponsorships for the stadiums at Hinsdale South and Central high schools. At Hinsdale South, Westfield Ford in Countryside is proposed to get the sponsorship for the same period for $30,000 annually. South's enrollment is half that of Central's. At Hinsdale Central, Hinsdale Bank and Trust is poised to get the sponsorship for the next decade for $50,000 annually. Under the agreements, the district would receive a total of $800,000 over a decade. "Naming rights for the stadiums and gymnasiums is a new endeavor for the district that is connected to the work we are doing with the Power Ad Company," the district's spokesman, Chris Jasculca, said in an email to Patch on Wednesday.
