Working dog needs a job

Are you active, have a backyard, or willing to take on a dog meant to run/ work? We have an energetic cattle dog, a Red/Blue Heeler. She is needing more stimualtion than my partner and I can offer. We work/study a ton, and have physical limitations, so there is only so much we can do for her. We feel horrible about this but just want to do better for her. We are open to farms, a family, or an active individual willing to run her. She's very cute, affectionate, has basic commands down (including recall), and is potty trained. She is great with other dogs and loves to play. She's full-sized at 40 lbs, almost ~1.5 yrs old.
