I hope you see this post or a friend sees it and let's you know. I want to apologize for blasting my horn at you while passing. You were double parked hazards flashing, and causing two lanes to go to one. In my selfish and impatient negative reaction I blasted my horn at you while passing. 10 seconds later I realized that it was an assumption that you were parked there for convenience to drop someone off or pick someone up. But your car may have been broken down, and I should have thought sooner, pulled over and asked if you needed to be pushed out of through traffic. I'm ashamed of my reaction and want you to know I'm sorry. I may have made a bad night for you get worse by my thoughtless aggression. I hope your night got better. And, it helps me to write this to you even though I don't think you will see it.
