Snow shoveler - ride along gig $$$$$$$ per hour

I need one walkway shoveler and in front of garage doors so I can plow snow and get the account done in 1/2 the time. Walkways are driveway to front doors and 18" in front of garage doors nothing crazy long. $14hr cash gig plus a $50 show up on time to work the event bonus. Roughly 10-15 min shovel time per house and then ride to the next. I am shooting for 2 per hour. Event starts 1 hr before snow stops and out for about 12 hours. Yes, we could start at 11pm and be out till 1pm next day just depends on time of snowstorm and depth. - Need a person with good back and wants to make some cash also needs know how to shovel fast and smartly (no lifting if possible) I will train if needed.
