Handyman Needed !! Looking for a Handyman that will be on-call. Need someone who will take on small and large jobs as needed. Agree on fee before work is started. Currently have 6 units to maintain. Requirements: • Available: Mon - Fri 8A-7P (excluding Holidays) unless an emergency repair • Must have tools to complete the job • Background Check Required • Provide W9 for Tax Reporting. You are an Independent Contractor, not an Employee. You will be responsible for paying your own taxes • Copy of Valid Driver's License • Reliable Transportation (truck or van for hauling) • Smart phone (to take pics) • Provide written invoices • Accept electronic payments - Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc (no cash or check payments) Expectations • Respond to maintenance order within 48-72 hours • Reliable (Landlord required to give tenants notification to enter) • Knowledgeable of repair needed • Don’t waste material • Tenant must be home while work is being completed Scopes of Work • Carpentry • Doors / Windows • Drywall • Electrical • Flooring • Gutters • Handrails • HVAC • Painting (Interior / Exterior) • Plumbing • Etc Prepare vacant units for occupancy when needed Email or TEXT if interested.
