I'm a caucasian lady, widowed, have no pets, am very clean, take pride in my home, and have a perfect rental payment record of 45 years, with no late payments, and have references. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs, and am DEPENDABLE and honest. I'm wanting to rent (or rent to own) a QUALITY 2-bedroom mobile home, or rent a duplex. Contract For Deed ok, too. I am HUD approved which would pay for lot rent, and live in Section 8 housing at present. Mobile home rent, looking around $350 a month. Areas of interest, would be Breese, Albers, Germantown, New Baden, Carlyle, Bellevile, O'Fallon, Fairview Heights, Marine, Shiloh, Troy, Maryville, Edwardsville, Dupo, Freeburg, Columbia, or Wood River.
