We have been doing commercial building maintenance around metro Atlanta for over 17 years, providing interior and exterior repairs, maintenance, and day porter services to commercial property managers of office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial/warehouses. Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a qualified, energetic, and reliable Day Porter to join our team. Overall responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Vacant office cleaning, removing trash and debris from parking lots/sidewalks, empty exterior trash cans, and ashtrays, clearing debris from dumpster areas, removing or covering graffiti, and more. Job Skills/Competencies: • Adequate verbal and written communication skills. • Detail oriented • Team player • Ambitious • Desire to learn and seek new challenges. Job Requirements: • Arrive to work at scheduled time • Minimum 6 to 12 months’ porter experience a plus • Ability to lift 50+ pounds • Ability to speak, write & understand English • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Have a valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record • Must pass a drug screen and background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must have good people skills, be dependable, and have a neat appearance Our office is in Norcross/Peachtree Corners.
