The Community Center for the Performing Arts (WOW Hall) located in Eugene, Oregon is a nonprofit (501c3) arts organization dedicated to preserving and operating the historic Woodmen of the World (WOW) Hall as a multipurpose community arts center; providing cultural arts and educational opportunities for all ages and income levels; maintaining a supportive environment for local artists and their new creative efforts.
We are making a comeback and attracting more and more bands, events, and community activities and we need help in maintaining our historic building with this increased activity. If you join us you will be part of a lively group of people, be part of the community, and by making a contribution to a local Eugene institution.
This position reports to the Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing daily building custodial and groundskeeping activities.
- Following security procedures and working cooperatively with public safety officials
- Assisting with responses to custodial-related emergencies, as needed
- Providing assistance to the Facilities Manager as requested
- Reporting any building damage or maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager
Other Requirements Include:
- Attending staff meetings
- Having a “can-do” attitude
- Being able to follow through with requests
Part-Time Position: 15-20 hours a week at $16.00
