Looking for space to rent as wood/cabinet shop

Hi, I'm running a small woodworking/cabinet business and looking for a bit bigger space to expand into. Currently I'm a one man crew, but could possibly add an additional employee in the next year. What I'm looking for: A space between 800-1500sqft in the Hillsboro/Beaverton or NW Portland area. Would need power and be able to be secured (locked door) Preferably have access to a bathroom Preferably have heat, or an option to add heat by some means. If you have or know someone who has a shop, barn, or other space that might work I would be very interested! I do have a registered business and am a licensed contractor. I also do have a basic dust collection system for my tools. Thanks you, Spencer
