PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ HOUSE MANAGER For husband and wife at their home and company office. North County - 15 at Camino Del Norte. *COVID vaccine is not required. No Masks. If you are COVID obsessed, please don’t apply. This is a NO DRAMA, adult position. If you are glued to your iPhone all day and have outside distractions—please do not apply. We offer great compensation and in return we expect you to offer an equally great, focused effort. You must be organized, disciplined, motivated, computer savvy. Keep us totally organized, stocked, running smoothly and efficiently. Supervise housekeeper, landscaper and contractors. Pet free, smoke free home. No kids. Personal and work-related offsite errands (lunch, dry cleaners, car wash/fuel, supplies, light filing, emails, follow-up with office staff) Light cleaning and light maintenance repair (change light bulbs, replace filters, check pool chemicals, drive to car wash, etc.,) Organize—wine cellar, food pantry, closets, storage room, etc. Plan and set-up for small dinner parties/events. Make and drive owners to appointments. Work independently and learn patterns and preferences of owners. Display high level of discretion, confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism. Clean Valid driver’s license – you will be driving a vehicle supplied by owners. You must be a careful and safe driver. Must pass background check. Typical Day Order and pick-up/ have delivered- breakfast for owners Fuel and clean cars Errands—dry cleaner, etc. Light shopping- Ralphs, Costco, Home Depot, Mall. Organize food pantry, fridge. Make and drive to appointments. Order lunch/dinner and coordinate pick-up. Supervise housekeeper/landscaper/vendor daily tasks to make sure done on time and correctly. Coordinate office filing, emails and interface with owners office staff. Put away packages delivered. Sort through junk mail. Drive to/Pick up owners' 92 yr old parent from appointments Schedule maintenance services for home as directed, or as you see needed. Inspect entire home outside and inside and note anything that needs attention or repair – ex: light bulbs, door latch broken, etc.). Repair it, if able, OR schedule repair contractor. Ex: notice a dying plant outside—take picture and send to landscaper to take care of. Follow-up to make sure it is done promptly and correctly. Consult with owner only if necessary. North County location – off the 15 at Camino Del Norte. Part-time or Full-time. Some weekends and evenings may be required/trade-off for days. Attire: Casual, but clean and neat. No shorts, t-shirts, or flip flops. Non-smoker. Please submit your resume, availability, photo and a cover letter with a paragraph explaining why you think you'd be a good fit for the position. There may be some occasional travel to our home in Park City, UT, but you will be compensated fully for all travel costs. $35/hr. Health insurance benefits for full-time. This will be W2 employment.
