Cleaner Housekeeper Needed

We are looking for a serious mature cleaner/housekeeper for an upscale Airbnb home located in West Eighties. Must be willing to work alone and will need to be flexible and reliable for cleaning and house keeping services. This position is part time. Cleaning jobs could be between 3 and 5 times a month and will last between 3 and 4 hours per shift. Candidate will be paid $140.00 per job. There will be a quarterly deep clean and will be paid out at $155.00. There will be an end of year bonus based on performance. Skills: - Candidate will need to be punctual, responsive, and have good communication with owner. - The ability to take digital pictures is a must. - Must be knowledgeable with texting/email and sending pictures. - Candidate will need to have a background check preformed. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Integrity - High school degree - Ability to fill out cleaning check lists and inventory lists. Tasks include but are not limited to: Inspecting property and removing left-behind items * Wash and change sheets and towels and make the beds * Clean the kitchen and put away the dishes, toaster, kettle, stove, and other utensils * Dust furniture and other surfaces * Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets and rugs * Clean toilets, bathtubs, and showers * Wipe countertops, door handles, and light switches * Take out the trash * Restock amenities we provide in our space, including coffee, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap * Do a final scan of the whole house and add finishing touches. Weekends are required sometimes.
