Handyman needed, paint room, replace glass, misc.

Hi, Looking for a handyman to: 1) paint a laundry room that is about 10 by 10 feet the same off white color it is. Regular height ceilings. 2) replace a piece of glass in a window that is about 5 inches by 18 inches 3) take apart a very simple Ikea bed 4) rake up some leaves 5) Add the little locking latches to about 8 windows Please let us know what you would charge for labor only for all of these things and if you can do it Saturday Dec 18 or at least look at the house on Saturday. If you prefer to just bid on a couple of things please list it by number. THANKS.
