The Lead Fence Installer has a physically demanding job that requires lifting, and highly repetitive, specific functions defined by the industry and the type of work environment. General Duties while installing: Installing fences Training fence installation assistants Digging holes Mixing concrete Using tools and equipment Clean and prepare job site Load and deliver materials using a variety of tools and machines. Set up and take down ladders and other temporary structures. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Complete a pre-employment drug test Own reliable transportation Reliable Several years of experience in installing fences Previous general labor experience Construction experience preferred Physical Requirements: Will lift up to 50 lbs consistently through an 8+ hour shift. Kneeling, bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, working outside, etc. Schedule: Monday-Friday. 7:30am-5pm. Must be flexible for overtime.
