A rapidly growing Property Management Company is in search of a unit turn crew/person for the Reese and Vassar areas. This person will be responsible for rehabbing apartments and possibly a few mobile homes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs and painting. This is a 1099 position and requires a valid drivers license with reliable transportation. A background check will be required.
