The process is called rotational molding. Essentially, employees will use powdered plastic that is melted into the shape of the products they're creating. No experience required, on-the-job training begins day 1. Requirements Must be seeking full-time work on night shift for consideration Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs Experience working as a machine operator preferred Must pass pre-employment drug screen Details Shift: Mon-Fri 5:30pm-5:30am Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr + up-to $900.00/month performance bonus ($5,000.00 per month earning potential) Extras: One week vacation after 6months + paid sick leave.
