Hiring Several Positions in a Unique Business Setting We’re looking for a few individuals and willing to pay them very well for their abilities and hard work. The right individuals have experience either in a fast-paced restaurant setting as Prep Cooks or have experience in a very busy food truck situation. Some of the job requirements are as follows: Cutting, cleaning and prepping lots of vegetables. Cutting and packaging some meats, maintaining a small seafood section, stocking some shelves and doing some other light cleaning when and if other duties have already been finished. The other modality is a small kitchen which is not being utilized, but has a tremendous amount of potential. Any experience in Asian Cuisine is a Plus. Again, this is a Unique situation which based upon experience and availability could mean you working as a W2 Employee for 30-40 hours a week OR it could mean you are working 60-80 hours a week and taking home $3600-$4400 a Month in Cash. There are many possibilities and considerations to be made. If there is a good match, we’ll find a way to make it most beneficial for everyone.
