Mindfulness meditation has been shown to effectively reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Come in to an Intro to Meditation Class, offered both Saturday and Sunday at 9AM at our Chaska Mindfulness Center, 212 N Chestnut St. Our next sessions are Dec 18th and 19th.
These easy-going sessions are a welcoming group space to both new and advanced practitioners. Classes are by-donation and open to anyone.
