Found Cell Phone

Description

I found a cell phone in the street earlier today that had been run over. Sadly, the screen is inoperable. I am going to give it to the Lancaster City Police Bureau. I did have it under charge today so that you can hopefully use 'find my phone' to locate it. I can't even recommend calling it given how bad the screen is at the moment.
