United Staffing Associates had an immediate opening for a SHIPPING LEAD and SHIPPING CLERK, if you qualify for these openings, please fill out the application or come into our Branch… Shipping Lead: $17.00 DOE Requirements: • Provides supervision and guidance to personnel assigned to the department. • Act as key contact for activities occurring in Shipping Department. • International shipping experience and knowledge of international freight regulations or practices is required. • Proficient in the use of FEDX shipping software, Excel and Outlook • Schedules, prepares, inspects and ships all products and loads, must be able to operate a forklift and manual pallet jack • Ensures all documentation are available for shipment: BOL, Packing Slips, NAFTA certificates, etc. • Generates shipping rate quotes and weekly open order reports to monitor shipment delivery schedules. • Trains all team members. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Leads in the preparation for and participates in inventory counts Shipping Clerk: Starting at $15 DOE Minimum Requirements: • Reports to work on time as scheduled. • Demonstrates enthusiasm in performing duties and able to interact positively wit everyone. • Ability to communicate in verbal and written formats in English and be detailed in communication • Must be able to perform duties by following and respond to verbal and written information. • Be proficient in the use of FedEx shipping software. • Prepares and packages small package orders for domestic and international shipping. • Must be willing to be a forklift operator, able to safely operate forklift and manual pallet jack. • Computer skills • Understands and can uses and reviews the following documents: BOL, Packing Slips, NAFTA certificates, etc. • Will be trained to handle freight processing and shipment tracking. • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. • Mounts and dismounts forklift • Stands/walks, lift/pull/push for the majority of the shift schedule Apply NOW.. 1.
