Required / Preferred Qualifications: • Candidate should have strong people and problem-solving skills. • Experience in Lean processes is preferred • Willingness to travel is required • Collaborative team member at work. • On-call is required • High integrity and respect for confidentiality requirements • Basic competency in Microsoft Office® • Ability to work an 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours to meet business requirements • Strong organization skills and closer attention to detail • Prior experience is highly desirable including working knowledge • Experience with authoring Standard Operating Procedures • All other general labor as assigned
