Career opportunities in this area of our operation include forklift operators, furnace operators, grinders, and specialized work such as milling machining, the pouring of iron, sorting, and castings separation. Enamel: A cast bathtub transforms from raw finish to customer-ready product through a specialized enamel finishing process. Associates fill critical roles such as forklift operators, robotic furnace operators, product packagers, and glass production operators. Faucets: Within our faucet operations, associates focus on racking and unracking, faucet assembly, machine operation, finishing cell operation (polishing), forklift operators, and machine set up. Distribution Center: Critical to the delivery of all Kohler Kitchen & Bath products, our distribution center is a hub of activity designed to deliver product to customers all over the world. Warehouse Operators/Forklift Drivers unload, put away, pick, pack and ship products in a clean, quiet, fast-paced environment. Powered industrial vehicle operation is a large portion of this work inclusive of forklift, high picker, reach truck, and tugger. Pottery: At the center of Kohler’s vitreous china operations, team members work to craft a variety of products from sinks to toilets, and more. Kohler Power Systems: Bring our industrial and commercial generators to life in career paths including generator assembly, component assembly, fabrication and welding, paint systems and forklift operations. Engines (GPS): In this clean, quiet, and fast-paced distribution center, warehouse operators unload, load, pick, pack and ship engine parts and operate forklifts to deliver product to customers.
