Description
RGS Products, Inc. is an architectural railing and metals manufacturing company providing customers with custom design balcony and stairway railings. We are in search of an experienced Superintendent for a 6-12 month temporary assignment.
The Superintendent is responsible for managing all onsite activities for given project.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise progress of the project from start to finish.
• Field verify measurements making sure they match blueprints and drawings.
• Assist with the installation of product and report any issues or inconsistencies to project managers.
• Serve as the liaison for communications with the client onsite.
• Ensure compliance with codes, guidelines, best practices, and policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior management to identify and troubleshoot problems which arise.
• Analyze equipment, systems, and processes, to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs onsite.
• Assess the competence, capabilities, and sufficiency of resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
• At least five years of experience in construction, or other related field, with at least three years of management experience leading field teams required.
Physical Requirements:
• Travel required (must be able to travel to assigned job site)
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to climb stairwells
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
