Our client has locations in Gilbert, Phoenix, and Avondale and the sky is the limit regarding advancement and pay increases. As you work to become an intricate part of this team, you can receive regular incremental increases that may start as soon as 3 weeks and continue up to several months as warranted by performance. This is a 90-day contract to hire opportunity. An equipment rental service technician must be mechanically inclined. (know how to use a screw driver, a hammer, a drill) If you are willing to get dirty and learn basic maintenance for Industrial Equipment, this may be the opportunity for you. After you are trained you will perform the following duties. Basic routine maintenance (no major repairs) - fluids, belts, blades, and etc. / cleaning of equipment before it goes out / once comes back in addition to customer service when loading / unloading the equipment. In this position you will assist clients in their process from start to finish. You will be the Customer Service face for the organization and will process POS transactions for renting and returning product. REQUIREMENTS: If working outdoors in the sunshine is ideal for you and you have previous experience doing so in the Arizona heat, let’s explore the possibilities.
