We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated maintenance technician for an apartment complex in Philadelphia.
Ideal candidates would be good with maintenance and repairs including painting plumbing and assorted carpentry repairs, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Must be able to follow directions while working well as part of a team.
