I need sprinkler system turned off

I no longer want to pay the water bill for watering my front yard at my rental. I want to turn the yard into rock. But all I need you to do is dismantle/cap off/stop the sprinkler system. It might be as easy as removing the sprinkler timer. But I also want you to cap off the sprinkler heads, so if they are damaged I don't want water coming out of them, causing a crisis.
