We are looking for a home for our sweet girl Penny. She is 9 months old. She is a great dog. Potty trained, sleeps in a gate/ playpen. She had a crate but out grew it and this works much better for her. She gets along with other dogs, loves the dog park. She does have some quirks. Better with older children, only because she is larger and hyper. Could use some formal training. So smart. Doesn’t like her paws/ head being messed with. She eats Purina Pro Plan large breed puppy. Loves treats, and is highly food motivated. We are only looking for a home for her because she needs a fenced in yard. Will take her on walks etc. the area we live in isn’t safe and I don’t feel comfortable letting my daughter/ I take her out for walks much. (Gunshots and loose dogs). We have another, 4 year old dog that is more laid back and doesn’t mind being in more. It isn’t fair to Penny that she stays in other then trips to the store/ dog park. We would love to stay in touch with the people that end up bringing her into their family. She needs to be an inside dog. She loves being with people. She is protective, will bark when she sees/ hears someone. There is a re home fee. She is on Banfield plan. It’s through June. She has unlimited visits, shots etc included. Not sure how she is with cats. Please let me know if you would be a good fit for her. Pics of her, well and our other dog. Only Penny is for adoption.
