CLEANING SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED We are looking for Cleaning Company's to Subcontract our extra work too. We have plenty of work to keep you very busy. We are looking for company's that are hard working, honest and take pride in there work. JOB DESCRIPTION: Clean Residential and Commercial New Construction projects BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB: Minimum of ONE YEAR Experience in New Construction Cleaning. Must have a Valid Drivers License to operate your vehicle. Must have all of your own equipment, ladders, vacuums, etc. Must have a Clean Background with NO Felony Criminal Offenses for Security purposes. Must have Company Insurance, W9 and Federal Tax ID Number. Must be friendly, polite and professional at all times Must be able to fill out job work order forms for inspections PAY STRUCTURE: Paid per job and/or per square footage. Jobs completed are paid within 1-2 weeks of completion
