Walking home from Dollar General on NILES RD S.E. DOWN THE TOP OF DRAPER ST S.E., i noticed a pink girls bike in the weeds. I chose not to drag it home just incase the owner put it there and forgot about it. However, it looks like someone possibly stole it to get somewhere- and just dumped it.
