I'm hosting a small winter party at my home and would like to have a chef and bartender run the food and drink operation. I think there will be 15 to 20 people.
I'm looking to have winter-themed hors d'oeuvres and small deserts, all of which would be great if leaning vegan or vegetarian.

I have a normal refrigerator, a 4 burner glass electric stovetop in the middle of an island, a full-size oven, a toaster oven, a microwave, a juicer, a blender, a mini chopper, a hand mixer, an indoor smokeless grill, but I do not have a food processor.
