I am asking to interview a past CPS worker. They need to be a case worker or manager of these assignments. There is no ongoing case to discuss. I am just wanting to ask some academic questions as follows. I would like to learn more about the internal steps CPS goes through to decide to file, in family court, a suit to dissolve a parent child relationship. Does the the decision rest solely with the case worker or do others need to contribute to this decision. Who would they most likely be and what do they use to consider this decision. Once again this is not in relationship to a specific case, but rather a general discussion.
